Part Time Care Assistant Wanted

At Davigdor Lodge we care for people from the age of eighteen to sixty five, who have a present or past history of mental health difficulties. We are looking for caring individuals either experienced or who require training, to join our team.

The applicant will need to be able to accomodate fleixible working hours, such as weekends and nights.

You will become a member of a team with an emphasis on supporting effective team and user led working and co-operation. The establishment of a sound and evidence-based service framework will aim to guide and equip staff in sustaining the therapeutic relationship, and will provide the consistency and constancy needed by individuals with mental health issues.

We are keen to support and utilise your existing experience and expertise with the aim of broadening and deepening the capabilities of the team. We are committed to a robust training and professional development programme, and to the staff support and supervision that is so essential in this work.
